CHEAG FROMASE 3000 TL 500GR

Descriere:
Cheag microbian pulbere obţinut din Rhizomucor miehei.

Utilizare:
2 gr cheag sunt necesare pentru închegarea a 100 l lapte. Se dizolvă cele 2 gr în 200 ml apă rece, fără clor. Soluţia se lasă 20 de minute în repaus, după care se adaugă la 100 l lapte încălzit la 35 grade Celsius. Închegarea durează 40-45 minute.
