INSTRUCȚIUNI:
Dizolvați complet o tabletă de cheag într-un pahar cu apă rece.
Așteptați 20 de minute înainte de utilizare.
Încălziți laptele la 35^o C.
Adăugați soluția de cheag în laptele cald și amestecați energic 2-3 minute.
Așteptați până se încheagă laptele.
Dacă doriți să închegați mai puțin lapte, utilizați un sfert de tabletă pentru 12 litri de lapte.
