CHEAG IDEAL 100L LAPTE GRAS

Descriere:
Cheagul este o enzima utilizata cu scopul coagularii laptelui pentru formarea branzeturilor.
Aceasta enzima este provenita din intestinele mamiferelor ierbivore.

Compozitie:
Sare, cheag

Mod de folosire:
Continutul unui plic se dizolva in 250 ml zer. Se folosesc 25 ml (2-3 linguri de solutie) pentru 10 l de lapte cald (35^oC).
A se agita solutia inainte de folosire.
Timp de coalgulare: 45 minute.

Precautii speciale:
Nu folositi detergent la spalarea vasului in care inchegati laptele.
